Dr. Schwartz is a founding member of Atlantic Surgical. He specializes in hernia surgery, gallbladder surgery, and benign and malignant diseases of the breast. Dr. Schwartz was one of the first surgeons to perform laparoscopic gall bladder removal in New Jersey. He is a member of the Americas Hernia Society, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He has been voted Top Doc in New Jersey 14 times.

Grigoriy Soybelman, MD
Dr. Grigoriy Soybelman is a General Surgeon with Atlantic Surgical Group in Oakhurst and Brick. Dr. Soybelman performs minimally invasive procedures for everything from inguinal and umbilical hernia repair to gallbladder removal- all using laparoscopy and the Da Vinci Surgical robotic system.
After receiving his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Soybelman pursued his general surgery internship and residency at Morristown Medical Center. He earned Top Gun Awards for his meticulous surgical techniques in suturing and laparoscopy. During his time there he also studied at the Intuitive Da Vinci Center, where he learned advanced robotic surgical techniques.
His prior research included work on kidney transplant rejection in the nephrology transplant laboratory at Mount Sinai Hospital and metabolic syndrome effects on heart transplants in the heart transplant laboratory at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
Committed to outreach, Dr. Soybelman participated in a medical mission trip to Guatemala City, providing surgical care for patients without access to treatment. He also spent four years at an East Harlem community clinic and taught patients about diabetes prevention and lifestyle modification.
Dr. Soybelman is fluent in Russian and speaks basic Spanish.
